As a first time mum these DVD's were fantastic. They were a full, 8 hour, antenatal class where you felt that you were actually there and involved . It covered both first time mums and more experienced mums alike and the style was authoritative whilst being relaxed, serious but fun and also answered so many of my hundreds of questions.

The great thing was that you can stop and start whenever you want to, there were lots of different opinions from both the male and female perspective and ideal to watch alondside doing your own antenatal class or instead of going to antenatal classes due to time pressure or lack of classes in your area.
