It's a lightweight buggy with an adjustable handle height and detachable hood, front swivel pvc wheels, a one position reclining seat to 115 degrees and a 5 Point harness. It comes in Blue and Pink.

This has to be one of the lightest strollers both to carry and to push, that I have tried and is very small when folded away. It's easy to push, comfortable for a one year old as well as a 2 or 3 year old and reclines just enough to help with a good afternoon snooze! The hood works well as a sun shade and to keep the rain off due to it's larger than standard size. A great buy at a great price -
