Frozen Strawberry Yoghurt

They’re strawberries, but not as you know them...
Delicious Frozen Strawberry Yoghurt
Serves 4
- 140g strawberries
- 500g tub of 0% fat Greek yoghurt
- 200 g light condensed milk
Chop half the strawberries and put the rest in a food processor or stick blender, a whizz to a purée.
In a big bowl, mix the condensed milk with the puréed strawberries then gently stir in the yogurt until well mixed. Fold through the chopped strawberries.
Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and seal well in cling film or pour into a tupperware container with a lid and freeze overnight, until solid.
Remove from the freezer about 10-15 minutes before you want to serve the frozen yogurt. Can be frozen for up to 1 month.
