Recipe of the Week - Peanut Butter Brownies

I know this recipe isn't good for fat intake or hip size but a little bit goes a long way to satisfy a sweet craving. If you're a fan of peanut butter and chocolate, then these brownies are perfect for you and all put together in a pan...
225g crunchy peanut butter
200g bar dark chocolate , broken into pieces
280g soft light brown sugar
100g self-raising flour
3 medium eggs
Heat the oven to 180C / gas 4 and line a 20cm square baking tin with baking parchment.
Gently melt the peanut butter, chocolate and all the sugar in a pan, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has just about melted.
Turn off heat and beat in the eggs one by one. Stir in the flour and scrape into the tin.
Bake for 30-35 mins until it has a crust, but the middle still seems slightly uncooked.
Feet up, kettle on... and remember to save some for the kids.
